Due to the custom-built nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your speaker arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Bay Armor Audio reserves the right to inspect all warranty and defect claims before issuing a replacement or refund.
